Paige Holden has a wealth of work experience in the communications and marketing fields. Paige began their career in 2004 as an Account Executive at Bender Hammerling Group, where they were responsible for media relations, event planning, account management, and client contact. In 2005, they moved to MSLGROUP Americas, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive, where they were responsible for media relations, account management, client interaction, billing and reporting. In 2006, they joined BlissPR as a Senior Account Executive, specializing in the retail and executive search industries. Paige was responsible for media relations, relationship building with top-tier national business press, and utilizing social media as part of an overall PR campaign. In 2010, they joined Holman Moving Systems - United Van Lines Agent as the Director of Communications, and then XONEX Relocation as the Managing Director of Communications. In 2014, they co-founded both Snag-A-Slip and Oasis Marinas. At Snag-A-Slip, they were responsible for overall marketing strategy, including new market targets and overall building and maintenance of the business' ecosystem. In 2016, they joined the US Superyacht Association as a Marketing Committee Member. In 2018, they returned to XONEX Relocation as President, focusing on making relocation as stress-free and easy as possible for transferees, while also providing corporate clients with relocation programs that meet their needs.

Paige Holden obtained their High School Diploma from Kent School in 1996-2000. Paige then earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Syracuse University from 2000-2003. In 2012-2014, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Additionally, in August 2019, they obtained their Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification from Worldwide ERC® and is currently in the process of obtaining their Certified Relocation Professional certification from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
