Matthew Dixon has worked in various roles within different companies. Matthew started their career as a Summer Programs Assistant at Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they were responsible for organizing activities and ensuring the well-being of the students. Matthew later became an Admissions Ambassador at the same institution, leading a team of students in handling phone inquiries and scheduling. In 2013, Matthew worked as a Software Engineering Intern at FORCE America, contributing to the development of salt spreader controllers and collaborating with a cross-functional team. Matthew then joined Accenture as a Senior Analyst, where they provided analytical support for projects. Matthew's most recent position was at Twitch, where they served as a Software Development Engineer from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they worked on high-throughput, low-latency go services and led architecture development for multiple projects. Matthew has now transitioned to a Senior Software Engineer role at Mux, starting in 2022.

Matthew Dixon attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2009 to 2014, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Software Engineering.
