Monika Starkova is an experienced Reservations Manager currently with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts since January 2023, having previously served as an Assistant Reservations Manager and Reservations & Revenue Assistant Manager within the same organization. Monika has a strong background in managing reservations teams, training staff on standard operating procedures, and overseeing room inventory and bookings for VIP clients. Prior experience includes roles at Iberostar Group as a Groups Agent and at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular as a Reservations Manager, demonstrating expertise in managing reservation operations, creating contracts, and maintaining relationships with key accounts. Monika holds a Master's degree in Gastronomy, Hotel Management, and Tourism from the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague.
