Richard Chappell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Principal at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. since October 2007, Richard manages diverse project teams focused on the planning, design, and construction of potable water and wastewater treatment facilities.
