Brett Tomlinson is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Smith+Nephew since December 2009, Brett oversees global HR strategies for the Global Wound Management business and Global Commercial functions, collaborating closely with senior executives to align people strategies with business objectives. Prior to this role, Brett held various HR leadership positions within Smith+Nephew, contributing to the Global Wound Management business and the Orthopaedics franchise. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Capital Group | American Funds and an HR Graduate Intern at Raytheon AIS/L-3 Communications. Brett holds both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in HR Management and I/O Psychology from Tarleton State University.
