Amanda Gagnon has extensive experience in account management and quality control across multiple sectors. Currently, Amanda is a Commercial Lines Account Manager and previously served as a Business Support Specialist at Smith Brothers Insurance, LLC since March 2019. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at 1st Alliance Lending, LLC from July 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included conducting monthly quality control servicing audits and managing collection efforts for delinquent loans.
