Brian Nettleton is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in production management. Since November 2017, Brian has held various leadership roles at SMF (An Etnyre International Company), currently serving as Assistant Manager of Operations. Previous roles include Production Manager, Project Manager, Master Scheduler, and Production Supervisor. Prior to SMF, Brian worked as a Line Supervisor at Mechanical Devices Company, Inc. and as a Production Supervisor at CNH Industrial, overseeing production flow and operations to ensure timely customer deliveries. Brian also has extensive experience as a Production Supervisor at Kongskilde Industries A/S from 2006 to 2017. Brian began a career in operations management as Head of Mowing Crew at Reinhart Ground Maintenance. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Illinois State University and an Associate's Degree in Agriculture from Parkland College.
