Gurpinder (Lucky) Ghuman is a Technical Program Manager at SMA, Inc. since February 2017, where strategic project prioritization led to a 75% increase in efficiency for over 20,000 users across various systems implementations. Ghuman's previous role as a Computer Systems Engineer involved designing and deploying bid capabilities in the ERP system and developing algorithms for the proprietary Talent on Demand (TOD®) system. Prior experiences include serving as a Graduate Assistant at the USC School of Social Work, focusing on student support and software management, an internship at Access Point, Inc. involving a detailed study of networking protocols and network design, and an internship with Infosys that provided foundational knowledge in operating systems and C programming. Ghuman holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Networks from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
