Gillian (Wilson) Langkamp is an accomplished HR leader and consultant with significant experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently a member of Athena Alliance and Co-Founder and Fractional HR Leader at Intrinsic People, Gillian emphasizes empathy and compassion in HR practices. Previously served as Chief People Officer and Executive Director at GovOS, and held senior positions at Atmosphere, Chive Media Group, and uShip, where contributions to people management and organizational culture were prominent. As a co-founder of Catalyst Games, Gillian promotes community engagement through charitable initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Art Education from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Oklahoma State University.
