Farokh Irani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Farokh started their career as a Purchase & Stores Assistant at Grant Medical Foundation (Ruby Hall Clinic) in 2000. Farokh then worked as a Team Leader at WNS Global Services for five years, specializing in revenue enhancement for British Airways World Cargo Achieving. Following that, they served as Team Manager at Sanaea Technologies Pvt.Ltd, where they implemented company procedures and set up operations for voice and data processes.

Afterwards, Irani worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Saviour Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they focused on improving customer SLAs and providing strategic planning support.
