Shankar Mushran is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Corporate Business Intelligence at SmartDukaan since August 2020, Shankar previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the same company, leading operations for retail outlets and heading HR functions. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Foxconn Group- Innocom India, where Shankar managed national retail and sales operations, and at XecuteHR Solutions, where significant revamps of HR and operations were undertaken. Shankar's early career involved various sales management roles in the IT/Telecom sector, working with major clients and earning recognition for contributions. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing Management and master's and bachelor's degrees in Operational Research and Mathematics, respectively.
