Dan Tracy, MBA has a strong background in customer success and leadership roles. Dan is currently the Vice President of Customer Lifecycle at SmartBear, where they are responsible for optimizing customer experiences. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Stoplight, where they successfully managed customer relationships. Before that, they worked at TIBCO as a Director of Customer Success, leading a global team and driving customer engagement and adoption. Dan also gained experience in customer success and API management roles at Apigee and Dell. Additionally, Dan has a strong track record in global logistics and sales, having worked as a Global Customer Director at DHL Supply Chain. Dan holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
