Yehor Demchenko is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as QA Lead at Smart Project since December 2022, Yehor has implemented Testrail as a testing tool and improved testing processes through effective management of test documentation. Prior to this role, Yehor was a Senior QA Engineer at NetEnt, focusing on testing the framework for slot games and client-server components. At G5 Games®, Yehor progressed from a Middle QA Engineer, where documentation development and testing were key responsibilities, to a Senior Project Lead QA, responsible for training staff, task distribution, project planning, and risk analysis. Yehor holds a Specialist degree in Radioelectronic Devices from KhAI and an Associate degree in Radio Engineering from Kharkiv Radiotechnical College.
