John O'Bryan is a Principal Narrative Writer at Riot Games since March 2015, contributing to various projects including a new secret initiative and well-known titles such as League of Legends, where John has written for characters like Sett, Vex, and Irelia among others. Prior to this, John worked as a writer at Titmouse, where writing included a pilot for Adult Swim and contributions to the series Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. Other notable positions include writing for the animated series Motorcity, developing an original series pilot at The Walt Disney Company, and working on the acclaimed series Avatar: The Last Airbender at Nickelodeon Animation. John also authored the book "A History of Weapons: Crossbows, Caltrops, Catapults & Lots of Other Things that Can Seriously Mess You Up" while at Chronicle Books.
