Lau C. currently serves as the Public Affairs Manager and previously held the position of Policy Engagement Manager at Smart DCC since July 2022. Lau C. is also the Founder and Director of the Mentoring Advocacy Network, an initiative focused on men's mental health and healthy masculinities, recognized with double nominations for the Best Men's Health Initiative and Future Leader Award by the InsideOut Awards in 2023 and 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Policy Manager at the Chartered Management Institute, where Lau C. spearheaded policy engagement, and as Consumer Panel Associate at the Legal Services Consumer Panel, leading consumer policy regulation initiatives. Notable contributions have been made across various organizations, including the CITB and the Department for Communities and Local Government. Lau C. holds multiple degrees in fields such as Public Policy Analysis and Political Science, with additional training in law and public policy from renowned institutions.
