Randy Putnam has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Randy started their career at Cardiff Software, where they worked as a Consultant and later as a Project Manager, leading large-scale project implementations. Randy then moved on to Autonomy, where they worked as a Consulting Manager and later as a Manager of Professional Services, focusing on process improvements and financial planning. At HP, Randy held various roles including Account Executive, Industry Solutions Manager, GTM Manager, and Partner Business Manager, specializing in enterprise content management, business process management, and solution development. Randy then joined OpenText as a Partner Sales Manager and Sales Manager, overseeing partner and direct sales. Currently, Randy serves as a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Smart Communications, where they focus on cultivating and developing exceptional partnerships.

From 1993 to 1997, Randy Putnam attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems.
