Lea M is currently employed as an Operations Manager APAC at MCG Talent since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lea worked at McKinsey & Company from February 2018 to January 2022, where Lea held the positions of Assistant Services Team Leader and Executive Assistant. Before McKinsey, Lea worked at Coriant, Inc. as an Executive Assistant for a brief period in 2016. From July 2011 to March 2016, Lea was an Administrator at Tellabs Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. Earlier in their career, Lea worked as a Senior Administrative Specialist at Globe Telecom from February 2008 to April 2011. Lea holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
