Bill Schellpeper has extensive experience in the poultry industry, serving in various leadership roles at Tecumseh Poultry LLC and Smart Chicken since December 2007, including President, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Live Operations and General Counsel. Prior to this, Bill was Of Counsel at Gilmore & Bell, P.C. from 2007 to 2009 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Rembolt Ludtke LLP from 2004 to 2007. Bill holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Creighton University School of Law and has also pursued education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Oxford, in addition to graduating from Norfolk Senior High School.
