Mihai Rausser is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Vaderstad Romania since April 2010, Mihai established the representative structure of the mother company and oversees daily operations while expanding the network in the country. Previous roles include Spare Parts Manager at NHR Agropartners, where Mihai managed a team of 18, and Project Manager at Streif Baulogistik, overseeing significant construction projects in Romania. Additionally, Mihai held various positions at SC IPSO SA, including Product Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. Mihai's educational background includes a degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and secondary education at Liceul Dimitrie Cantemir.
