Dan Yolton is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global CRC Account Manager at SmallHD since November 2022, leading efforts in interviewing, signing, and onboarding new Service Center Partners while maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Prometheus Group, where Dan facilitated customer transitions from sales to support, and at goFLUENT, where Dan analyzed customer behavior to improve retention and success. Additional positions have included Account Executive at SpotOn, Logistics Sales Manager at Cowan Systems, Startup Sales & Distribution Rep at Workhorse Brewing Company, and various sales and operations roles at Education Management Solutions and IBM. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
