Itay Taragano has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles, currently serving as the VP of Global Customer Support at Cloudinary since May 2013, after progressing from Technical Support Engineer to Technical Support Lead and ultimately Senior Director. Cloudinary stands as the market leader in cloud-based image management solutions, catering to a diverse range of web and mobile application developers globally. Prior to this, Itay was a self-employed musician from 1996 to May 2013, working as a pianist and producer.
