Blake Self is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Software Development Team Lead at SLB since April 2019, Blake has also held positions as DevOps Engineer, DELFI Champion, and Information Management Engineer. Prior to SLB, Blake worked at EAG Services as a Consultant and Analyst, focusing on Land and Accounting Data conversions for E&P acquisitions. Blake's early career included internships at ConocoPhillips, contributing to reservoir and production engineering projects in the Midland Basin, as well as experience as a Quality Control Manager at Crossland Construction, managing concrete structures and piping projects. Blake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University.
