Courtnay Radway is an experienced technical sales engineer and systems engineer currently at Greenlight Innovation Corp. since November 2018, with previous experience as a project engineer at G4 Insights Inc. from June 2014 to November 2018. At G4 Insights, Courtnay managed project schedules, designed new processes to enhance production efficiency, and developed comprehensive process documentation. Courtnay's role included overseeing the procurement of equipment while ensuring safety protocols were followed through HAZOP discussions and quality management practices. Additionally, Courtnay gained project engineering experience as a summer student at Teck Resources Limited in 2013. Courtnay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the UBC Sauder School of Business.
