Sarah Beth Selph has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Team Operations at Slalom since June 2018, Sarah Beth has also held positions as Operations Lead and Office Manager. Prior to this, Sarah Beth was a Senior Leadership Consultant with Alpha Delta Pi Sorority from June 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included developing tailored solutions for collegiate chapters and improving recruitment and marketing strategies. Sarah Beth's earlier experience includes serving as a Leadership Consultant for the same sorority, where workshops on leadership and recruitment were conducted. Sarah Beth began the professional journey as a Tour Guide for the Southern Miss Office of Admissions, engaging prospective students during campus tours. Sarah Beth holds Bachelor's Degrees in Communication Studies and Political Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, completed in 2016.
