Jackie Gracia currently serves as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at O.C. Tanner since January 2024. Previously, Jackie held the position of Head of Sales Operations at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, from July 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, Jackie worked as an Account Manager at UserZoom for a brief period in early 2022 and as Channel Sales Manager at Podium from November 2020 to December 2021. Jackie’s extensive career at O.C. Tanner began in 2008 and included roles such as Director of Sales & Proposal Operations, Sales Project Manager, and Project Implementation Specialist, demonstrating a progressive advancement in sales and operations expertise over more than a decade.
