Kurt Rakos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sales management. As Co-Founder and Partner at SkyWater Search Partners since January 2013, Kurt has focused on specialized recruitment services that address the unique needs of clients and candidates. Before this role, Kurt founded the McKinley Group, and served as a Senior Recruiter at TMP Worldwide. Kurt's early career includes significant achievements as Regional Sales Manager at US Foodservice and Arrow International, Inc., where notable accolades included Rookie of the Year and seven consecutive President’s Club Awards during a successful tenure at Monarch Foods, part of Sara Lee. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Psychology from St. Cloud State University.
