Charley Flagg has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as the General Manager at Sky Ute Casino since 2012, where notable improvements in profitability have been achieved during tenures as Interim General Manager. Flagg operates Tiffany Draw Ranch, which includes a commercial cattle operation and a registered Black Angus seedstock operation, both since 1993. Additionally, Flagg held the position of Director for the Justice & Regulatory Department of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe from 1997 to 2014, overseeing law enforcement, environmental regulations, and tribal employment rights. Education was completed at Sam Houston State University.
