Malesela Malebana (Pr. Eng) currently serves as the General Manager and previously as Mine Manager at Seriti Resources since January 2021, where notable achievements include managing the Central Shaft at New Denmark Colliery and achieving annual budget production targets without fatalities. Prior experience includes a role as Superintendent of Mine Planning at South32, where Malesela was responsible for short-term planning and stakeholder management, and various positions at Anglo American focusing on business improvement, production management, and mining operations.
