Helena Machkova has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field, having worked in various companies such as Volkswagen AG, Å KODA AUTO a.s., Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens, and Lucent Technologies. At Å KODA AUTO a.s., Helena is currently the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance, where Helena has set up and led the Risk Management and Compliance unit. Helena holds a JUDr. in Law from Charles University and a Master in Contract Management from The George Washington University.
