Darth Vaughn serves as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director of Policy Operations+ at Ford Motor Company since July 2020, where expertise in artificial intelligence significantly enhances the legal department's service delivery. Prior to Ford, Darth held the position of Partner and Director of Legal Service Delivery at Sanders Roberts, LLP, focusing on tort-based litigation and successfully defending clients in state and federal courts. Additional experience includes consulting at Procertas, practicing law at Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Bowman and Brooke, and representing national real estate developers in various land use matters. Darth's educational background includes a Juris Doctor and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, alongside a Master of Regional Planning and Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
