Liudmyla Plotnyk is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and management. Currently serving as an Intern IT Recruiter at SKILLUP in Ukraine since July 2022, Liudmyla is skilled in various search techniques including social and professional networks, direct search, Boolean search, and X-Ray search. Concurrently, since August 2018, Liudmyla has held the position of Co-Founder & Director at Ecoteplogroup. Prior experience includes managing foreign economic activity at LLC Company Dary Ukrayiny, where responsibilities involved overseeing wholesale purchases and exports of wood fuels to European markets from October 2017 to November 2021. Liudmyla also worked as an HR+Account Manager at One Marketing and as a Power Supply Project Engineer at Private Enterprise Energocomfort, specializing in power supply projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Energy Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Electrotechnologies from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
