Thierry Marien, OLY, currently serves as the Head of HR at ±Êà³Ü since September 2020. Prior experience includes professional athletics with Basketball Belgium, where participation as a player and coach spanned from 2014 to 2022, notably competing in the 2021 Olympic Games and various European Cups. Thierry has held several talent acquisition roles, including positions at Talenco and Nobel Biocare, focusing on recruitment strategies and performance management. Additional experience includes IT recruitment at Experis Belgium and a brief stint as a professional basketball player with Crelan Okapi Aalstar. Thierry Marien's academic background features a Master's degree in HRM from Antwerp Management School and ongoing studies in Sustainable Leadership & HR.
