Bruce Dickie is an experienced director and executive leadership coach, currently overseeing operations at Bruce Dickie Consulting since 2011 and Bruce Dickie Consulting Ltd since 2005. Bruce specializes in coaching individuals through various developmental models and mentoring for future opportunities. Additional roles include business coaching with Oxford Innovation and contributions to health and social care integration with NHS organizations. Previous positions encompass senior commissioning management in mental health and learning disabilities, as well as executive support for the Northumberland Local Medical Committee. Bruce holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Performance Coaching from Northumbria University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management & Research from Queen Margaret University.
