Tom Harley is an experienced education professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as Education Manager at Skills Development Scotland since February 2019, Tom has previously held several roles at Fife Council, including Foundation Apprenticeships Project Manager, Principal Teacher, and CDT Teacher, from August 2002 to February 2019. Tom earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Design and Technology from The University of Edinburgh between 1999 and 2002 and received foundational education at Kirkcaldy High School.
