Shai Newman is the Founder and CEO of SkillReal, a company specializing in augmented reality solutions for industrial manufacturing since January 2020. Under Shai's leadership, SkillReal has developed advanced technology aimed at enhancing operational accuracy and integrated inspection processes for OEMs and line builders, serving a clientele that includes Fortune 100 companies. Prior to this role, Shai co-founded Compedia in January 1990, acting as Chief Innovation Officer and leading the development of innovative technologies with significant market potential. Shai's educational background includes a degree from Tel Aviv University and training at the MAMRAM ICT Academy, where academic accomplishments were recognized with distinction, as well as participation in gifted youth programs.
