Previously, Rachael was Head of Mixed Fleet at British Airways, leading 6,500 cabin crew and driving the transition of the cabin crew teams during the pandemic. Prior roles include Head of HR and Business Services at LEVEL Airlines and HR Business Partner positions at British Airways, along with a strategic role at Pfizer as Worldwide Regulatory Strategist for Emerging Markets. Rachael's academic credentials include a First Class Honours degree in Biology from the University of Bath, a Master of Laws from BPP Law School, and a Level 5 Certificate in HR Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
