Yeoh Siew Suan has extensive work experience in customer service, logistics, and operations. Yeoh started their career as a Marketing Officer at Spring Wang (M) Sdn Bhd in 1998. Yeoh then went on to work as a Principal and Owner at Tadika Brilliance from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they held the role of Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Operations at Bristol-Norma Sdn Bhd from 2006 to 2009. Yeoh then worked as a Senior Customer Relations Executive at See Hoy Chan Sdn. Berhad from 2009 to 2010. Yeoh joined SKF Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2010 as an Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Logistics, where they reported to the Managing Director and collaborated with various internal departments. In 2014, they joined Mondelēz International as an Assistant Manager of Customer Logistics Development, focusing on ensuring efficiency in the Order to Cash process and handling customer trade returns. Currently, Yeoh is at SKF Group and has held the roles of Head of Customer Service and Logistics and currently as the Head of Operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for setting strategic goals, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Yeoh Siew Suan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
