KwiHwa Yom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Global Operations at 삼성엔지니어링 since March 2010, KwiHwa Yom is responsible for setting strategic directions and executing plans for global subsidiaries within the plant division, focusing on enhancing business capabilities and operational efficiency. Previously, KwiHwa Yom held the position of Head of Global HR Center in the MENA region at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from September 2005 to February 2010, and worked as a Senior Consultant and Market Research Analyst at LG CNS Co., Ltd. earlier in career. KwiHwa Yom holds an MBA in Business from Korea University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
