Oleh Parandii is an experienced analyst currently serving as Chief Analyst at TENTENS.tech since October 2019 and SKELAR since January 2022. At TENTENS.tech, Oleh has collaborated with C-level executives to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and has led the development of predictive revenue models that enhance planning and anomaly detection processes. Previously, as Marketing & BI Analytics Lead, Oleh developed a traffic evaluation model that optimized traffic acquisition and established a cost-effective framework for experiments. Prior roles include Business Intelligence Officer at TENTENS.tech and Lecturer at KNEU, along with experience as a Risk Manager at AMC OTP Capital. Oleh holds a PhD in Finance from Kyiv National Economics University, completed in 2014, and a Master's degree in Finance from the same institution, earned in 2009.
