Ken Schramm is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business process improvement, IT technology, and operations management. Currently serving as Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst at Medtronic since December 2016, Ken also held titles including Principal IT Technologist and Senior Manufacturing Supervisor in Smart Digital Factory initiatives. Prior to Medtronic, Ken worked at BP from 2012 to 2016 as Deepwater Drilling Rig Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included ensuring procedural discipline and safety compliance among contract workers. Ken began a career in the US Navy, where roles included supervising nuclear propulsion plant operations and maintenance as well as training in nuclear propulsion fundamentals. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
