Bostjan Leskovar has a diverse work experience in the finance and banking sector. Bostjan began their career at Societe Generale in 2004, working as a Credit risk modeler trainee for nine months. Bostjan then became an Organisation Advisor at Societe Generale for a year before joining Primorje group as an Advisor, focusing on the finance management of Freyssient Adria. In 2009, Leskovar joined SKB banka d.d. Ljubljana as a Project Manager and later served as the Director of Risk portfolio monitoring. Bostjan then became the Deputy Director of Credit Risk Assessment before assuming the role of Director of General Risk Management in June 2020. In addition, Leskovar became the Chairman of the Risk Committee at the Slovene Banking Association in 2016. With their extensive experience, they have proven expertise in risk management and finance within the banking industry.
Bostjan Leskovar's education history begins with their completion of the International Baccalaureate program from 1996 to 1998, where they received a Baccalaureate degree. Moving forward, from 1999 to 2004, they attended the Faculty of Economics of Ljubljana, Slovenia, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Economics. During this time, from 2003 to 2004, they also attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), focusing on Investment Banking. Finally, in 2004, they enrolled in ESCP Business School, where they earned a Master's degree in Finance by 2005.
