Tina Juhl Pedersen serves as the Head of HR at Skamol since April 2018, with responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees, developing employee guidelines, managing salary negotiations, and addressing workplace wellness based on employee feedback. Tina supports local management in challenging personnel issues, oversees compliance with labor laws, and participates in organizational changes, covering HR matters for employees in multiple countries. Prior to Skamol, Tina held various roles at Siemens, including HR and Commercial Assistant and Personal Assistant with EHS responsibilities, and extensive experience at Outokumpu as an Executive Personal Assistant, participating actively in management teams and international projects. Earlier positions included roles as Sales and Marketing Assistant at Lemvigh Müller A/S and receptionist at Kryb i ly Kro.
