Anita Virnave currently serves as the Head of HR for India and Southeast Asia at SMA Solar since January 2024. With a longstanding tenure at SMA Solar India Pvt. Ltd. since June 2012, Anita initially worked as the HR/Office Manager. Prior experience includes the role of HR Manager at B K Khare & Co from May 2011 to May 2012 and Assistant Manager-HR at Fivebro International Pvt. Ltd. from June 2007 to August 2010. Anita holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Amity University, completed in 2006.
