Liina Fagerberg is an experienced Talent Manager at SJR since April 2016, specializing in recruitment and client relations within the Economy, Banking, and Finance sectors. Prior to this role, Liina worked as a Recruitment Manager at Adecco Sverige from September 2006 to March 2016, where responsibilities included independent recruitment within the same sectors, as well as administration and customer service. Liina began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Assistant at Partner Rekrytering AB from 2002 to 2007, supporting the hiring process through various tasks such as candidate matching and interviews. Earlier experience includes administration at Skansen Lejonet AB and customer service at Liseberg AB. Liina holds a degree in Personnel and Work Life Issues with a focus on Psychology from the University of Gothenburg and has completed internal training programs at Adecco in areas such as personnel assessment and labor law.
