Tiana Lugo has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tiana is currently employed as an HR Generalist at Objective Paradigm since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources/Back Office Administrator at the same company from November 2020 to November 2022.

Before joining Objective Paradigm, Tiana worked as a Customer Specialist at Working Solutions from August 2020 to March 2021. Tiana also served as an Operations Manager at Flexible Staffing Services, Inc. from January 2018 to March 2020.

Tiana's previous roles include being a Sales Office Assistant at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. from May 2017 to January 2018, an HR Recruitment Manager at Star Industrial Services from January 2017 to April 2017, and a Staff Consultant at Express Employment Professionals from March 2016 to January 2017.

Tiana has also held positions at Exel as a Quality Manager/Lean practitioner from January 2015 to January 2016, and at DHL Global Forwarding as an Operational Excellence & Quality Manager from October 2013 to January 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Customs Brokerage Senior Supervisor at DHL Global Forwarding from March 2005 to September 2013.

Tiana's earlier experience includes being a Children's Program Manager at Alternatives of Madison County from February 2004 to January 2005, and a Target Case Manager at Hopewell Center from November 2002 to February 2004.

Tiana Lugo, PHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ball State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in October 2022.
