Arsalan Javed has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Arsalan most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Sizekick, a position they assumed in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager Digital Product Design at HSE Home Shopping Europe GmbH from May 2022 to September 2022.

Before their roles at Sizekick and HSE Home Shopping Europe GmbH, Arsalan held a position as a Product Designer at Presize from September 2019 to April 2022. Arsalan also interned as a User Experience Researcher at BMW Group from February 2019 to August 2019.

In addition to their experiences in product design and research, Arsalan has also been involved in open innovation projects. Arsalan served as the Product Lead for an open innovation project between CDTM and Tacterion, where they focused on branding and designing the user experience and product design for smart sensor gloves, a smartphone app, and a smart coaching experience. This project took place from April 2018 to August 2018.

Prior to their time at Tacterion, Arsalan worked at Siemens as part of their Trends and Future Research team from February 2018 to April 2018.

Earlier in their career, Arsalan worked as a Software Engineer at NorthBay Solutions from July 2017 to October 2017. Arsalan also co-founded Tremor Acquisition and Minimization (TAME) and served as the Product Lead from July 2015 to October 2017.

Arsalan began their professional journey in the engineering field, participating in the Engineering Leadership Program at National Instruments Arabia from July 2015 to September 2015.

Throughout their career, Arsalan Javed has gained valuable experience in product management, design, research, and engineering roles, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in various industries.

Arsalan Javed pursued a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they attended the Technical University of Munich, where they earned a Master of Science in Communications Engineering from 2017 to 2021. In 2018, Arsalan also obtained an Honors Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). Additionally, they completed several certifications, including UX Management: Strategy and Tactics, User Research - Methods and Practices, Human-Computer Interaction - HCI, User Experience: A Beginner's Guide, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, and Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer. These certifications were obtained from various institutions, including the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF), Amazon Web Services, and National Instruments, spanning from 2015 to 2019. Arsalan also pursued studies in HCI and UX Design, Research, and Management through The Interaction Design Foundation in 2018, with no specified completion date.
