Carolina Ragolta Grossman currently serves as the Sr. Director of Product Management at Slingshot Aerospace, starting in October 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Astra from August 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the launch system's product management and ensuring timely deliveries, as well as being the first Program Manager at the company. Previous positions at Kespry, Inflection, and internships at NASA provided extensive experience in product management, development processes, and interdisciplinary research. Carolina holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Harvard University.
