Ramses Gaytan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ramses currently works as a Key Account Manager at SITWIFI since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sales Manager in Guadalajara at Ho1a - Metrocarrier from January 2021 to May 2022. Ramses also held various roles at Telefónica México, including Sales Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, and Customer Engineer. At Telefónica, they were responsible for generating technical solutions, providing customer support, managing tests and implementing services for corporate clients. Ramses also worked as a Sales Manager at Telefónica Movistar from June 2017 to May 2019. Ramses began their career at Connext (by Migesa) as a Borderless Engineer, where they worked in pre-sales and support for enterprise clients. Ramses'sresponsibilities included analysis, quotation, customer management, incident handling, coordination of service delivery, and maintenance support for Cisco equipment. Ramses worked at Connext Migesa from July 2012 to April 2015.

Ramses Gaytan completed a Master's degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications, specializing in Computational Sciences and Telecommunications, from Instituto de Estudios Universitarios Plantel Puebla between 2012 and 2014. In addition, Ramses obtained a certification in Learn4Sales from Telefónica in October 2015.
