Paul Jacob currently serves as TA Lead - Turnarounds at Sitech Services BV since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Projectmanager / Senior Engineer at Worley from April 2020 to February 2023, and Owner of Jacob Technical Consultancy from September 2012 to April 2020. Paul has also held positions at ASML as a Mechanical Engineer in 2014, and as a Maintenance Engineer at SABIC from 2011 to 2013, where a graduate thesis focused on 'Corrosion under insulation' was completed. Early career experience encompasses various engineering and technical roles, including Planner Turnarounds and Designer roles at SPIE and WT Engineering. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management from Open Universiteit, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Werktuigbouwkunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
