Eva Blaha has a diverse work experience. Eva is currently working as a Mental Preparation Coach at D15 Préparation et coaching mental since July 2022. Previously, they had a long tenure at SITA where they held various roles. Eva was the Head of Information Services transformation program and Chief of staff to CIO from April 2020. Before that, they worked as a Business Finance Manager from 2015 to April 2020, and as a Sr. Business Finance analyst from 2008 to 2015. Eva also worked as a Finance Analyst from 2002 to 2008, and as an Accountant in 2001. Prior to their corporate roles, Eva Blaha was a Professional Basketball Player and Team Captain at Nyon Basket Feminin Club from April 2001 to June 2009.

Eva Blaha's education history includes a Master coach professionnel degree in Gestion du stress et capacité d'adaptation from Académie Européenne de Coaching in 2020. Eva also obtained a degree in Préparatrice mentale from Académie Européenne de Coaching Mental du Sport in 2022. In addition, they completed a Master Business Coach for Executive Leaders, Managers and Teams program at Académie Européenne de Coaching in 2020. Eva's previous education includes studying Business Administration and Management, General at Stredni Podnikateska Skola - Hradec Kralove. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications such as Unleash management development program from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2022, and various courses on coaching practices, leadership, and project management from Coursera between 2019 and 2022.
